We had a birthday party last week for our one year old! It's hard to believe a whole year has gone by. She has been such a pleasant baby; it seems like the year has flown by. Here she is with her special birthday hat sent by Pop Pop and Nana from PA. 
And checking out some of her loot. Pretty dress...
She picked out the little drums I got for her, she loved them in the store. And when A helped her pull them out of the gift bag and they started playing music, she started flapping her arms and doing a little jig. She's quite the flapper.
And beating on the drums...
Snuggling with the big doggy Grammy and Grandpa got for her. She loves it.
And the cake. She knew what to do with it right away. (Blue was all they had last minute at Safeway! - mommy didn't plan so well)
I think she was a little weirded out at all the people standing around her with cameras, making silly faces while she ate.
That girl knows how to put away some cake! When she saw the cake on the counter the next day, she got all excited, grunting and wiggling until she got a piece.

After cake, it was bathtime. Since Grammy and Grandpa are remodeling, they only have showers at the moment, so it was sink-time actually.

Happy Birthday Little E! Glad she liked the cake better than Rusty. We had a party for him while home in SD and he HATED the cake! We'll try again in a month!
I cant' believe that it has been a year either! Your mom got the outfit she was wearing for Hannah...funny!
